The Other Half
The Part That Isn't Hair
A haircut takes half an hour. A fair bit happens in that half hour that's got nothing to do with hair.
The Yarn
Some blokes talk the whole way through. Some sit quiet and let the clippers do the talking. Both are fine by us. We've heard about the footy, the new job, the newborn, and a fair few strong opinions about Centrepoint parking. None of it leaves the shop.
First Cuts
A kid's first haircut is a bigger deal than it looks. Some are dead keen, some scream the place down. We've seen both, we're in no hurry, and there's no shame in stopping halfway and trying again next week. Bring your phone for the photos.
Blokes Actually Talk
There's something about a chair, a mirror and someone who isn't looking you in the eye that makes it easier to say things out loud. We're barbers, not counsellors. But we listen properly, and we've been the first to know about a fair few hard things. If you've got something on, this is a decent place to let it out.

A quick chat before the clippers come out. Bring the photo on your phone, we don't mind at all.
We Take Our Time
No rushing you out of the chair. Clippers, scissors, razor, finished properly.
Out The Door Sharp
We note down your fade and your lengths, so next visit it's exactly right again.
